Established in Elora for 17 years, the Karger Gallery is always a very exciting place to shop for original art and one-of-a-kind gifts and decor. Renate Karger, a young entrepreneur who loves original art and design, features the works of over 100 Canadian artists. You will love her selection of wonderful glassware, woodwork, wrought iron and pottery, unique furniture, contemporary paintings and designer jewellery, and now also some unique designer fashions. Every item is very reasonably priced. Some artists featured by Karger Gallery are Gundi Viviani’s sculptures and vases of recycled glass pieces, paintings by Tim Murton, iron work by Elora blacksmith David McCord, unique side tables and shelves by John Koletic, and original designer jewellery by Honika and Myka. Since Renate expanded her gallery in the Summer of 2002, she has had the space to add to her furniture collection. You will discover unique pieces of furniture at the Karger Gallery. Rare armoires and heavy screens and doors, dining room sets in heavy teak, but also in brushed steel, designer tables, beds, and couches. A very eclectic collection, and always something new and unusual to appeal to many decorating tastes.
